Financial Mastery Framework™

This Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any Programme Agreement issued by Financial Mastery Framework™, operated by Zest Management Consultancies FZCO (“FMF”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing any product, membership, training, coaching, mentoring, event ticket, digital content, or educational programme from FMF, you agree to this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy may be updated periodically without prior notice. The latest published version shall apply.

1. GENERAL POLICY

1.1 Due to the nature of digital education, coaching, mentoring, live events, downloadable materials, intellectual property, restricted-access content, and immediate access to proprietary systems and methodologies, all purchases made through FMF are generally non-refundable.

1.2 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that: (a) educational content may be accessed immediately following payment; (b) access to proprietary intellectual property and systems creates irreversible value transfer; (c) places on live programmes, mentorships, workshops, retreats, and events are limited and reserved in advance; and (d) FMF incurs administrative, staffing, licensing, venue, technology, and operational costs immediately upon booking.

1.3 No refunds shall ordinarily be issued for: (a) change of mind; (b) lack of participation or engagement; (c) failure to attend live sessions or events; (d) inability to implement training; (e) disagreement with opinions, strategies, or methodologies taught; (f) business, financial, investment, or personal outcomes not meeting expectations; (g) failure to complete coursework or assigned actions; (h) scheduling conflicts; (i) travel or accommodation expenses; (j) internet connectivity or device issues outside our control; or (k) failure to read programme descriptions, terms, or requirements before purchase.

2. UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

2.1 Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, including for certain UK-based consumers purchasing online, FMF acknowledges that statutory rights cannot be excluded.

2.2 Under UK consumer legislation, consumers may in some circumstances have a limited right to cancel certain distance purchases within 14 days.

2.3 However, where digital content, online training, live programme access, downloadable materials, mentorship access, community access, or educational services are supplied
immediately upon purchase or before the cancellation period expires, you expressly: (a) request immediate access and performance; and (b) acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights may be reduced or lost once delivery or access begins.

2.4 By accessing any member area, downloading materials, attending sessions, joining communities, viewing content, or using programme resources, you acknowledge that the service has commenced.

3. MEMBERSHIPS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND PAYMENT PLANS

3.1 Certain FMF memberships operate on minimum commitment periods as clearly stated at the point of sale.

3.2 Membership fees, instalment plans, and subscription payments remain payable for the agreed contractual term regardless of usage, attendance, business performance, or participation levels.

3.3 Failure to use the programme does not release you from payment obligations.

3.4 Cancelling a payment method, direct debit, standing order, or card authority without written agreement from FMF shall constitute a breach of contract.

3.5 Where payment plans are offered, these are payment facilities and not monthly cancellation subscriptions unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. LIVE EVENTS, SEMINARS, RETREATS, AND IN-PERSON TRAINING

4.1 Event tickets, retreats, workshops, mastermind sessions, and in-person training purchases are non-refundable.

4.2 If you are unable to attend an event, FMF may, at its sole discretion: (a) permit a transfer to a future event; (b) issue account credit; or (c) permit ticket transfer to another individual.

4.7 Where an in-person event is postponed or relocated, FMF may provide: (a) transfer to the revised event; (b) access to an alternative event; (c) online attendance access; or (d) account credit, at its sole discretion.

4.8 FMF shall not be liable for: (a) accommodation costs; (b) flights; (c) transportation; (d) visa expenses; (e) subsistence expenses; (f) loss of earnings; (g) consequential losses; or (h) third-party cancellation charges incurred by participants.

4.9 Participants are solely responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance and cancellation protection for any third-party bookings or expenses associated with attendance at FMF events or retreats.

5.2 Due to the allocation of time, strategic access, confidential intellectual property, and limited capacity, all accepted Black Belt or equivalent advanced programme purchases are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
