Financial Mastery Framework™ is an educational, mentoring, training, networking, and business development platform.
We are not:

• provider of regulated financial services.
Submission of personal information to FMF does not create:
• a fiduciary relationship;
• financial adviser-client relationship;
• investment advisory relationship;
• legal adviser-client relationship; or
• regulated professional services relationship.
Any information voluntarily disclosed by users relating to finances, business interests, investments, credit, wealth-building strategies, or personal objectives is disclosed entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk.

• guarantee the legitimacy of opportunities;
• guarantee member conduct; or
• accept responsibility for third-party behaviour.
Any business relationship, transaction, partnership, lending arrangement, investment activity, or commercial agreement entered into between users or third parties is undertaken entirely at the participants’ own risk.
Users remain solely responsible for conducting their own legal, financial, tax, commercial, and professional due diligence.

 

10. GROUP DISCUSSIONS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Participation in:

• live events;
• masterminds;
• networking environments;
• accountability groups;
• online communities; or
• mentoring sessions
may involve disclosure of information to other participants.
While FMF encourages professional conduct and respectful participation, we cannot guarantee:
• confidentiality;
• privacy;
• conduct;
• security; or
• behaviour
of third parties participating within community or educational environments.
Users are responsible for determining what information they choose to disclose.

 

11. RECORDINGS, MEDIA, AND CONTENT USAGE

FMF events, webinars, mentoring sessions, educational programmes, community environments, and live sessions may be recorded, photographed, transcribed, monitored, or otherwise captured for purposes including:

By participating in FMF environments, users acknowledge and agree that:

relating to FMF, users grant FMF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit, adapt, distribute, and display such content for educational, marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

• published outcomes may not represent typical results.
